What is your Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy?

Kurma treasures each and every customer. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you will be given a full and courteous refund on return of any item within 60 days of purchase. We will provide a shipping label for returns.

To initiate a refund, exchange or return, just email us support@kurmayogausa.com so we may help you and provide the excellent customer service you deserve.

 

Do you ship outside the USA?

So sorry, we do not ship internationally. We are only able to ship within the USA. If you are located outside of the USA and are interested in a product, email us and we can direct you to a retailer selling Kurma goods near you.

 

How long does shipping take?

Standard Shipping: 8-10 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days

The shipping carrier and final shipping time depends on your order and location. You will receive an email with tracking information once your item ships, which will be the same or next business day.  

Shipping to PO Boxes, Hawaii, and Alaska are eligible for Standard Shipping Only.

 

I'm trying to find out the status of my order?

For an update on your order, you can follow the link in your order confirmation email or shipping confirmation email to track your shipment. If you placed an order and didn't receive an email, first check your spam. Second, it's possible you entered your email with a typo so you didn't get any confirmations. Just email us at support@kurmayogausa.com and we can look it up for you and get you what you need.

 

Can I get a Whole Discount for my Business or Studio? 

Yes! We offer great deals on bulk orders of Kurma yoga equipment. Having durable equipment in your studio saves you money and keeps your studio looking and working great for years to come.

I'm having trouble entering a Promo Code

On mobile, click "Show Order Summary" which is a text link on the first page of the check out. By clicking that a little drop down will open up where you can enter the discount code. On desktop, it will be to the right-hand side of where you enter the shipping info.

 

Do I need to register the Lifetime Warranty on my Kurma Yoga Mat?

No you don't :) If you purchased your mat in the USA in order to get a replacement mat at any time, simple send us confirmation/proof of purchase in the USA and the mat back to us and we will replace it for free. Shipping to us is not covered. Shipping back to you is covered by us.

 

How do I Hang up my Aerial Yoga Hammock or Aerial Silks?

All of our Aerial Yoga Equipment includes only the hardware for you to tie and clip in your gear to the ceiling. The actual hardware that goes into the ceiling is not included. Due to every ceiling being different, we do not include this hardware.

If you are unsure how to install hardware into your ceiling, you should consult a trained professional in your area who can inspect your ceiling situation, determine safe hardware, install and test it before use. For your safety, we do not give instructions on how to install ceiling hardware online and will always council you to seek a hands-on expert to ensure your safety.
